the location is a dream , a short walk leads to the serene lake. boardwalk strolls through the nature reserve were magical. the surrounding golf courses add a touch of elegance to the landscape.
the minibar prices are slightly elevated , a minor detail in an otherwise superb experience.

the two bedroom sunset suite was amazing, perfect for the family vacation. the breakfast selection offered a great variety. every staff member i encountered was friendly and willing to assist. i enjoyed the well maintained facilities and the peaceful atmosphere that allowed for relaxation.
the bar food menu could benefit from more variety as it felt limited after a few days.

the two bedroom sunrise suite was spacious. it included a great kitchen and two bathrooms (very helpful for families!). the terrace provided a nice space and the room size felt very comfortable.

I loved the big size of the room! The extra shower in the second bathroom was a great and unexpected bonus. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I was impressed!
The breakfast food was not warm enough. The bacon was actually cold. Drinks were too pricy, unfortunately! The main bar food menu needs a serious upgrade. There was a very limited choice.

I appreciated the staff. They assisted in decorating the room for a surprise. the suite was spacious and super clean. kitchen facilities allowed meal preparation, which i found useful. the view from the room across the gardens was amazing.
The balcony was quite narrow. It was not suitable for a group to sit together. we had some difficulty with that, which affected our experience.
